Dr. DooWhan Choi

Dr. DooWhan Choi is a strategic technology executive with extensive leadership experience. He is currently CEO and Co-founder of EnableFusion Inc., developing commercial fusion energy solutions. Previously, he served as Senior Operating Partner at STIC Investments, CEO of Posco DX where he led digital transformation initiatives, and President & CTO at KT Corporation managing a $1B+ R&D budget.

His entrepreneurial success includes founding Neowave Inc., which he grew from startup to successful IPO. Earlier in his career, he was a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff at Bell Laboratories, developing innovations in optical communications.

Choi holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and degrees from Seoul National University. He serves on multiple boards including as Chairman of the Korea Cloud Service Association and is a Fellow of the National Academy of Engineering of Korea. His achievements include numerous awards and over 20 patents in digital technologies.
