Biography
Michael is currently the Managing Director at SICK Sensor Intelligence, responsible for driving the sales and service operations in South East Asia, focusing on areas of process, factory and logistics automation as well as Industrie 4.0. He has a passion for growing businesses in South East Asia and is a strong believer in establishing partnerships, especially in the area of digital solutions.
Michael Goh was formerly the Director of Sales ASEAN, Security and Safety Systems for Robert Bosch (SEA) Building Technology division based in Singapore and thrived on establishing genuine connections while developing a key network of collaborations and partnerships. Michael constantly challenges orthodox norms and believes innovative ideas and methods have played a crucial part in his impressive sales growth contributions to Robert Bosch over more than two decades.
Prior to being named Director of Sales, Michael has led various professional roles in his career ranging from Director of Smart Connected Solutions for SEA to Managerial Roles in the Automotive Aftermarket. He has held responsibilities including overseeing Bosch’s South-East Asian sales development, key account management in the Internet of Things (IoT) and played a pivotal role in setting up and establishing Bosch’s presence in Myanmar.
Michael graduated from the National University of Singapore with a degree in Bachelor of Business Administration. Outside of his professional work environment, Michael is an avid triathlete having completed several Olympic Distance and Half Ironman events.
