Mr. Timothy Toh

Timothy Toh is the former Managing Director of TUV Rheinland Singapore Pte Ltd.
He graduated from Imperial College London with undergraduate and post graduate degrees and has been working in industrial products and services for the past 30 years. He is passionate about safety and initiated the first conference in Singapore in 2016 on the topic of plant safety and cybersecurity which provides inspiration for  “Plant Safety Summit” of today.

He set up the Functional Safety and Explosion Protection Industrial Services business at TUV Rheinland in Singapore as GM and actively promoted it across APAC.

Timothy is active in raising awareness of safety and in the safety industry itself. He remains rooted in promoting Cybersecurity for Control Systems in his stance that “Safety and Security are interlinked”, in the Cybersecurity era.
